Meet Our Team
At Through the Valley Counseling & Coaching, we offer both professional counseling and trauma-informed coaching support. While our approaches often complement one another, they serve different roles in the healing process.
Counseling is provided by a licensed mental health professional and focuses on assessment and treatment of mental health and trauma-related concerns. Coaching is non-clinical and offers support, encouragement, psychoeducation, personal growth, and practical guidance.
Depending on your needs and goals, clients may benefit from counseling, coaching, or a combination of both services.
